Classic Décor that Creates Space

“Stripes are an elegant and ageless addition to homes,” says Lorna. “Against a backdrop of dark charcoal or blue, stripes in shades of taupe or grey with lighter accents of sandy yellow or lime green will reinvigorate rooms for the summer months. 

Striped designs can also establish a feeling of space. Vertical stripes will draw the eye upwards creating the illusion of height, and similarly horizontal stripes will have an elongating effect on smaller rooms.”
